Our Owner and History
Thomas Halsnik has been in the limousine industry since 1991 as a private chauffeur and with several companies in Tampa and Orlando. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s in business and recently completed an Executive course in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He started Black Pearl Limousine in 2008. Walsh Airport Service was acquired in 2011 and had been operating in the Tampa Bay area since 1997. It has a reputation for reliability and professionalism. Luxury Transportation Limousine was added in 2019 to move into the large group transportation market. He is a board member with the West Florida Limousine Association and active with the National Limousine Association. His reputation matters most, and he plans to carry that forward under the new combined companies brand, Walsh Chauffeured Transportation.
